Walk Along the River Clyde

During the day and evening, a wander down Glasgow’s famous River Clyde is a great way of exercising while seeing more of the city.

The river has many bridges crossing over it, with various restaurants and bars nearby. Scotland’s BBC headquarters can be found just south of the river, while the OVO Hydro, Scotland’s biggest indoor arena, lies opposite on the north bank.

Famous for its shipbuilding origins, thousands of ships have been built on the river.
